1. No Refund Policy
- All payments are final.
- We do not offer refunds for any services once payment has been made.
- Deposits, advance payments, and monthly retainers are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for partially completed or ongoing work.
Our services involve strategy, planning, research, and execution, which begin immediately after confirmation.
2. Cancellation of Services
Clients may request cancellation in writing.
- For project-based services, work completed up to the cancellation date will remain chargeable.
- For monthly or recurring services, cancellation requires prior written notice (as defined in agreement). Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Outstanding payments must be cleared before termination.
3. Service Termination by Us
The Scout Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
- Non-payment
- Violation of agreed terms
- Misuse of services
